TRAINING PROGRAM IN THE FIELD OF SUSTAINABILITY FOR THE CONSTRUCTION INDUSTRY PERSONNEL OF CASTILLA LA MANCHA

Objective: Improve the qualification, training and education of personnel employed in the sector, considering the global perspective of sustainability. This is a real challenge, given the atomization of the construction industry in Castilla-La Mancha, with a high percentage of SMEs with poorly qualified personnel; and even more so in those located in areas at risk of depopulation with little access to training resources.

Period: 2023-2025
