TRAINING ACTION: Business sustainability in the construction sector
February 27-28, 2025

Business sustainability is applied to businesses so that, in addition to generating financial profitability, they create environmental, social and economic value in the medium and long term, thus contributing to the progress and well-being of the communities where they operate and of future generations.

The growing regulation on sustainability is requiring companies in the construction and engineering sector to adapt to national and European requirements, making sustainable development a cornerstone of business in the industry so as not to be displaced from the market.

The training action is focused on introducing staff from companies in the different subsectors of the construction industry in Castilla–La Mancha to the main concepts of business sustainability, as well as the keys to the importance of sustainable development in companies and understanding how it can be applied and integrated into the company’s activity.
