This is a real challenge, given the atomization of the construction industry in Castilla-La Mancha, with a high percentage of SMEs with poorly qualified personnel; and even more so in those located in areas at risk of depopulation with little access to training resources.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Period<\/strong>: 2023-2025<\/p>\n<p>Financed through the call for Aid to Technology Centers, cofinanced by the European Union and the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.castillalamancha.es\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Gobierno de Castilla-La Mancha<\/a> (Fondo Europeo de Desarrollo Regional), through the Agencia Regional de Investigaci\u00f3n e Innovaci\u00f3n (<a href=\"https:\/\/innocam.castillalamancha.es\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">INNOCAM)<\/a>.
