The Energy Rating of the asset is determined by a tag. This document is governed by RD 235\/2013 of April 5, which approves the \u201cBasic Procedure for the Certification of Energy Efficiency of Buildings\u201d. The mandatory energy certificate from June 2013<\/p>\n<p>The certificate essential to sell or rent a property.
