WASTE VALORIZATION<\/strong><\/p>\n

Produce, use and throw. This is the traditional economy model, which the circular economy aims to replace with a new model in which resources are reused as long as possible, so that the waste of an industrial process becomes the raw material of a new process, lengthened the life cycle of them.<\/p>\n

Currently, a very important part of the industrial waste (almost 60%) that is generated each year ends up in the landfill. This situation generates a high environmental impact, and a significant costs for the companies. This situation is unsustainable in the medium and long term.<\/p>\n

Productive sectors are in the process of transition to the circular economy as a result of the new regulation of the European Union that provides for the recycling of 65% of municipal waste or 75% of packaging for the year 2030, among other objectives.<\/p>\n

The development of new valorization alternatives allows, in addition to minimizing the environmental impact of waste, to develop new commercial outlets for these materials that allow the increase of the competitiveness of the industrial net, mainly of the traditional sectors.<\/p>\n

The recovery of waste is a strategic line of work for NOTIO. Their staff has participated in last years in several projects to achieve new utilities for industrial waste, through the development of new valuation alternatives, both material and energy, from the previous treatment of these materials for adaptation to different production processes.<\/p>\n<\/div>
